Node Has A Polling Method of None

I just found a node that has a polling method of "NONE". I have tried to go into node properties to change it, but I'm seeing the following:

It seems to be stuck and I am unable to change the polling method or delete the node. The delete button never turns on when I tick the checkmark on this node. Any ideas what is going on?

I was able to remove it from using the “Manage Entities” page. I'm unsure why it wouldn’t let me remove it on the Manage Nodes page.

This could have been caused by adding the node via the API and not binding a basic poller to it (ICMP/SNMP/WMI).

Best choice (IMO) is delete and re-add the node.

The weird thing is that I have never added a node via API. It was added with the node discovery tool. Also, I am unable to delete it from the manage nodes screen, DELETE is grayed out.
