Agent Issue after upgrade to 2020.2.4

After upgraded to 2020.2.4, I am not able to install new agent on Windows client. The MSI installation will hang after entering the SolarWinds server and exit with error message.

Existing agent on Linux server is not able to list the resources from SolarWinds console as well.

Anyone else experience the same issue?
