Locating an Ad Account

I am looking for an AD account that was used in Orion and since the password was updated, we are getting authentication failure.

I was able to find credential table on the Orion DB and found the account but I am not sure where is this on the Environment or web console:

SolarWinds.Orion.Core.SharedCredentials.Credentials.UsernamePasswordCredential

Does anybody have an Idea? Thanks!
