I have been trying to get in contact with Solawrinds technical support for two days. No one has even looked at my ticket and they expect me to renew next month. I absolutely will never buy another Solarwinds product and will tell my entire business network to boycott them. The one time in the year I actually need help and they they are no where to be found. I have submitted a ticket online with no status update and even been calling all day. I get stuck in their infinite queue that lease to the abyss and when I do speak to someone they just transfer me. Is anybody else experiencing not being able to get in contact wit the support team?
