Check for existence of scheudled task

Is there a way to create an alert or report for nodes that do NOT have a scheduled task? I found that we could search by Task Name. If there a way to create an alert if the scheduled task does not exist?

It's tricky to do the absence of a thing with the GUI driven options, but you could just do do it fairly easily in SQL if you know that.
