After the recent SolarWinds security issues, we are no long allowed to have SolarWinds access the internet directly. We have a dedicated proxy with access to only a small number of sites (including the SolarWinds and Download sites) and everything is working as expected, except "MIBs Management".
We get the message "Failed to determine MIBs database status" and we get it even if the Proxy doesn't limit the sites SolarWinds can access too. Is there a trick to getting this working or is it a limitation of SolarWinds. I can not find an appropriate Knowledge-Base article... it's not to say it isn't there... it's just I haven't determined the correct incantation or number of chickens to sacrifice.
