SolarWinds Core Services Down

Hi folks,

We received "RunQuery failed, check fault information. Exception of type 'SolarWinds.ApiProxyFactory.TransientApiProxyException' was thrown." error, I hope most of you are aware of it and will help me how to fix, 'cause 6 days passed and there is no answer from support,

This problem occurs everyday and I'm fixing with core services repair which is temporally.

At first support suggest me to set retention and polling interval settings to default and and check what table took most space in my SQL database, I set retention and polling interval to default settings, check database and found out that netpath took most space, so I reduce the number of nepaths but nothing changed, problem is still active,

We have version 2020.2,

If anyone had same issue please help here.

I have migrated main polling engine from Server 2016 to server 2019 and it's now stable, maybe you should resolve your case too.

Having same issue. We installed Orion Platform 2020.2.4 with HA on two fresh VM configurations. Both new polling engines give us the same error you mentioned but a previously configured secondary web server, which points to the new polling engines, does not generate the error. We are quite perplexed.

Negative, we have not found a solution. We are hoping someone will share a solution. We are in the same boat. Of course, if we find something out we will definitely post the solution.
