Integration of SolarWinds with ServiceNow event management: Getting severity field empty in SNOW

Hi All,

We have done SolarWinds integration with ServiceNow event management using pull connector. Events are flowing fine to ServiceNow but getting severity field as empty in SNOW events and in node_name field, it is showing IP_address instead of hostname. Anyone has idea on this issue, how to fix this, please suggest.
