I created a custom report for all my switches using a custom property (Comments Like '*SW*') Almost all my existing switches could show up in my report with this attribute, but some just stubbornly refuse to do so. I have try other attribute such as Caption Like '*SW*' or change the property from SW to AS or even try to capture using Vendor = 'Alcatel' the success rate is never 100%. what is the requirement that determine the success rate? They are all the same devices that are discovered in Solarwinds using SNMP
