Wireless Heat Map Question...

Question

So I have set up my heat maps and the display of the maps on the NPM summary page does not show any devices connected. BUT if I drill down into the APs it will show who/what is connected. The maps I generated have at least four APs per floor which I thought would satisfy the requirements. Do I also need to map some static Wifi devices also to get a more information on the map? Thanks!!!

My understanding is that clients (devices) do NOT show from the map. You have to manually add them - which is counter-intuitive unless they are a static point in a building. However, adding them does improve your quality of coverage display.
