Migrate and upgrade Orion 2018 to 2020

Question

Hello Experts,

i've done some researchs and didn't get success.

I need to migrate my Orion environment to windows 2016. My Orion version is platform 2018.

My doubt is, can i migrate and update to version 2020 without going trought version 2019 ?

Case positive, witch are the steps?

I've lost my environment, but i've database and application backup.

1- Restore the database to a new server
2 - Install Orion 2018 at the new server, pointing to the new Database
3 - Restore reports from Report Writer
4 - Upgrade from Orion 2018 to 2020.
5 - Install Orion 2020 at the APEs.

Is that right ?

Note: To the best of my knowledge Report Writer is obsolete in 2020.x version.
