Syslog or Event

Hello,

I was curios is there a way in NPM whether its from the SQL, syslog, or event to pull information on a switch? To be more specific on who changes the switchport vlan, when and to what? 

event    date          user          port             vlan

1           01/15/21    joe        gi1/0/42        switchport access vlan 5

2            12/21/20    sue      gi1/0/42        switchport access vlan  33
