ServiceNow Integration app not available

Hello Everyone,

I upgraded my servers to Orion 2020.2.1 HF2 in December2020 and after that we noticed our integration with servicenow is broken, upon investigation we found solarwinds snow integration APP is not available in snow store now and showing not authorize. But the Application is showing installed in snow instance. We raised case with snow team but they said the plugin is managed by solarwinds, not by servicenow support. A case is opened with solarwinds as well but not yet received any findings from Logs. Below are the case details.

I am not sure why solarwinds removed the plugin from store... Anyone faced same issue, Please comment if they found any fix for that.

Is this issue for the Service Now Graph Connector or the Orion Alerting Integration?

If you go to the ServiceNow store, it does not appear to show any SolarWinds apps any longer.
