Some of these documents are quite old and need to be revisited. We are working to update these documents as quickly as possible and hope to have them available soon.
I was looking for that documentation as well just moments ago, and experienced the same login page problem. Will the new documentation include suggested settings for popular antivirus+ products like Defender ATP?
Any chance of getting a copy of the current doc sent to me - we are having issues with Endgame causing DB connections to fail and causing the MSMQ file numbers to grow. We need to make sure that everything is excluded. when its in monitoring mode, it works fine, when its set to blocking mode, the DB sync stops working
@simonp73 - I don't have a copy of that doc that I can share at the moment. As mentioned, these documents are going through a strict process to ensure we are getting the best info possible to our customers. This doc will likely not include specific antivirus software vendors - but could be something that could be added over time.
If you are experiencing an issue I would recommend creating a support case as it would benefit by being appropriately tracked and triaged. If you already have one, please share that case number here.
