Unable to upgrade to HF2 - Orion Website issues

When attempting to upgrade to HF2 from 2020.2.1 HF, the configuration wizard kept getting stuck at around 60% or would fail.

I submitted a ticket and was able to speak to someone a couple of times who helped me uninstall and reinstall SW on my Main polling engine. After doing this the config wiz would get stuck at 99.3% and after rebuilding the orion website it continues to do the same thing. SolarWinds is working fine and still sending alerts, the Orion website is just never reachable.

I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at SW for a week. Any ideas?

This issue is resolved, thanks to SW tech support. The issue was fixed by disabling security software on the server before running the config wizard.
