Remove local account authentication for Additional Web Server interface

We're using Okta to authenticate into NPM and also have an Additional Web Server in place for user access. Is it possible to remove the option to authenticate using a domain or local account just on the on the Additional Web Server?  

Basically just have the LOGIN WITH OKTA button?
