HF2 install failing on "Unable to register wodssh.dll"

DLL file doesn't exist in the referenced folder common files \ solarwinds

have tried a repair of NPM and tried HF and didnt work

I tried to do the online and got the same error as the offline. NCM seemed to be the one thing not installing hot fix so I uninstalled it then reinstalled and it finished.

Did you try the full 2020.2.1 offline installer?
The latest one contains hot fix 2.
Also, make sure that you aren't seeing your anti-virus flagging any of the files. We have been seeing false positives when the anti virus definitions haven't been updated.
