A couple of days ago I upgraded our Orion installation (NPM, NCM, NTA and ETS) from 2019.4 HF2 to 2020.2.1 HF2. As part of the process I also recreated the NPM database (for reasons unrelated to the upgrade) as a new empty database, using the Config Wizard. The process was all run in offline mode, as the servers do not have Internet access. I notice that the licenses for all the products are now Evaluation, despite our proper licenses still having more than a year to run. I've logged a ticket with Solarwinds, but I'm guessing they are a bit busy at the moment. Is there any way I can deactivate and reactivate the valid license without the help of SW customer support? I'm assuming that deactivating the evaluation license on the server isn't going to help me create the right deactivation file to upload to the online license manager?
