2019.2 HF3 install HF6 nothing needed to update problem

Hello:
we are on 2019.2 HF3, I've downloaded HF6 patch but when I try to install HF6 I get the message "nothing needed to update"

what can we do in this situation?

the solution was install 2019.4 HF6 full package, we cannot patch from 2019.2

Are you trying to upgrade to 2019.4 HF6 as per the Security Advisory? Please ensure you are following the steps there. If you are still getting that error after following the recommended steps, I recommend opening a support case and updating this post.
