I’ve some issue after upgrade Hotfix in Orion server that SolarWinds configuration wizard show error as pic below.
I followed the manual and still can't fix it and figure out the root cause of the problem.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem with upgrades ?
Have you tried rerunning the configuration wizard?

Most of these glitches are caused by files in use and a reboot helps, but you probably tried that already.I suggest having a look at the log file to see what exactly is causing the error. You can find the ConfigurationWizard.log at C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion
I had a same problem on one of the pollers I was upgrading.Apparently 2 Orion Services had restarted.I stopped those & re-ran the config wizard --> succes.

As @saschg mentioned, a reboot helps. In fact, I had exactly the same error on a client's APE. Reboot fixed it, and the install ran like a charm!
