Upgrade fails. Says I need to renew my license

I am trying to upgrade to HF2 and i keep getting a license error for NCM. I used to have NCM but have moved to NAM which includes NCM. What can I do? Waiting on support is useless at this point.

@emunizaga - Sounds like the licensing issue was resolved and you have been able to upgrade. Glad you were able to get sorted.

You can uninstall NCM from add/remove programs since it is packaged in with NAM.

I un-installed NCM from add/remove programs. Now i can't install anything. Good thing i took a snapshot of this VM. Will never listen to thwack again.

@emunizaga can you share the footer of your deployment so that we can see the version you are running? And perhaps also include a screenshot of your License Manager.
