[Non-issue] Is anyone able to download HF2 or the patched offline installers?

I can understand that everyone in the world is pulling these down, but I've been trying for several hours, via different computers/browsers in different locations in the U.S. and either clicking the download button just depresses with no action, or I get the ol' swirly o'death...

Are there any URLs we can use to download the offline installers? I opened a ticket with SW support on Monday but I can quite understand why they haven't been able to start working on it yet.
