2020.2.1 Hotfix 2 slow and unresponsive

Question

After upgrading to 2020.2.1 Hotfix 2 we started to notice the environment to be slow and unresponsive at times, Getting stuck at the login page and getting a web error after waiting 3 - 5 minutes. When we are able to get in device to view the device details the performance information like Disk CPU and Memory take about the same amount of time to load as the login page. some of the admin pages are just unresponsive like the My Orion Deployment.

With all of the other post I have seen with issues with the Hotfix 2 I would have to say this update was extremely rushed and I hope a updated hotfix 3 or SW support is able to address the issues as soon as possible.

Thanks for letting us know we are not the only one having this issue in our environment SW Support is non existent

Yep similar issue here.  I finally got to a login page, logged in but then basically no data, no menu and in my case no error message. Just a bunch of spinning wheels.  I know this isn't much help, but I just thought I'd let you know that you're not alone

Sorry to hear that, yes if this was a normal HF I would have waited at least a month or two to see what kind of bugs and defects it introduced but sadly our hands were forced in this case.
