HF1 Configuration wizard error

Okay attempted to install the latest product to update us to 2020.2.1 as the offline installer woudn;t work but i get the follwoing error when trying to run the configuration wizard.

Any ideas as to how i get round this?

• Exception while configuring plugin Orion Core Services component Orion Database. Invalid object name 'dbo.Cortex_CS_Orion_ApiPoller_ApiPoller_Metrics'.
Invalid object name 'dbo.Ctx_C_Orion_ApiPoller_ApiPoller'.

While I am not certain, my initial thought is this may be a known issue for which there is a Buddy Drop that support can provide if I am correct. The volumes and wait times are increased at the moment, I will watch your case for progress.

Hi everyone,

We are trying to upgrade from 2019.4 to the latest version right now and hit the same error in the Configuration Wizard. Can someone please share the sql script that needs to be run to resolve this? Called into SW support and got disconnected after an hour on hold. I'm now about 30 minutes into my second call. Our case number is: 00691723.
