Some product not upgraded to 2020.2.2020.2.1 HF2 15 DEC 2020

Hello,

I went to my deployment and upgraded Orion to 2020.2.1 HF2 15 DEC 2020 when I look at version I have all upgraded except of SAM and NPM

On Solarwinds portal it shows that NPM and SAM are among affected product when I try to upgrade them it shows up to date version 2020.2.1 but when I log into customer portal Solarwinds it shows SAM and NPM have new update 2020.2.1 HF2 15 DEC 2020 see pic I donloaded offline installation but can't proceed because next button is grey and my system is updated see pic

Each product will have its own HF version the important piece is the Orion Platform version as HF2 was a platform fix not per product fix.
