Availability SLA Reports based on Business Hours and Priority of Servers

Hello Team

I am trying to create a report (hoping it is possible) that would provide the availability % of a server for this year which shows

Node Name

Priority (Custom Field)

Purpose (Custom Field)

Business Hours (Custom Field)

I would like the report to show the uptime calculated based on the following criteria

If the server is rated High Priority and the server is unavailable during 8 to 4:30 then the uptime is calculated as follows

Total Monthly Available Time (mins) – ((Minutes down for High Priority Servers * 1), if server is rated Medium Priority and the server is unavailable during working hours the calculation is

Total Monthly Available Time (mins) – ((Minutes down for High Priority Servers * 1). if the Medium priority server is unavailable during non working hours then the calculation is Total Monthly Available Time (mins) – ((Minutes down for High Priority Servers * 0.5)

The report should be grouped by High Medium and low priority which is the custom field.
