Deployment Agent Autodetect mode changes to server mode instead of agent mode 2020.2.4

Running 2020.2.4 and Agent 2.4.4.2285
Deployment Auto detect does not appear to be detecting Agent initiated communication mode and defaults to Server initiated communication. Noticed change after applying 2020.2.4 update.

Please advise.
