NCM Smart Advisor Credentials - HTTP 403: Forbidden

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can assist.

I have the NCMSA connector installed and credentials for Cisco at

https://identity.cisco.com/ui/tenants/global/v1.0/profile-ui/home

which I have proven and I have access to the portal

However, when I attempt to search or run a report, I get 403: Forbidden

Is this the correct URL to test the credentials?

I have subsequently been given the URL https://services.cisco.com as potentially more relevant, and I note that my credentials fail on this url with a 403

Firstly, can anyone confirm if the credentials that the NCMSA needs are for https://identity.cisco.com/ui/tenants/global/v1.0/profile-ui/home or https://services.cisco.com please.

Secondly, how do you amend the CCO ID in the NCMSA. Once input it seems that you cannot change it.
I've looked in the registry and through the txt config files and cannot find any way to amend it.
I've run an uninstall and re-install and the CCO ID is still pulled through.
I've looked through the NCM settings on the MPE and there doesn't seem to be anything there either.

Password field located.
The following error is produced when I run the report

indicates I need .Net framework 3.5

Is this correct (surely it would be 4.8? (which I am running))

Update for anyone searching on this error.
.Net 3.5 was additionally required for this to function.
