I recently deployed the new NCM 2020 HF2 as well as other products on a new server. We backed up our old DB and migrated it to a new DB server as well.
We can access the dashboard, but when I attempt to open License Manager, it says the license store is corrupted. I attempt to follow the troubleshooting steps from the recommended article, https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Corrupted-license-store?language=en_US , but the listed directory of c:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Licensing doesn't exist on the device. I don't see what is missing, as I installed all the same products on the new server. Support has given nothing for direction for the last week of our environment being down. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
