Data Lookup Table

I am new to SolarWinds and we are in the process of setting up SolarWinds for the first time. All of my network gear uses a device prefix based on the site. What I am looking to do is set up a lookup table with the device prefix, official site name and the support engineer. I want to be able to use this when I run my compliance check to make sure some of my SNMP strings are correct. Is there a way to create this table and then reference it in my compliance checks?

The tool doesn't natively support lookup tables like that, but I have done similar things by just directly creating them in SQL and displaying them with the custom table widgets.
