Backup Error for Cisco devices

Hello,

We have created a backup job for our Cisco devices (L2 switches) that run early morning.

But it is observed that the Job completes with errors, mainly Connection Refused.

And on checking the Configuration Management console or on the Node itself, the backup is completed and the download file is created. We are unable to understand if the backup is happening why the Backup job report throws error for the same device mentioning Connection Refused even though the Backup Credential test is successful and is it downloadable.

Would appreciate if anyone can enlighten on this!

I'd say enable trace and run the job again. Then turn off traces and look at the outputs to see if helps. Failing that, log a support ticket.
