Can anyone tell me where can I find a document telling me what ciphers and algorithms are compatible with NCM. We have Palo Alto gear that we strength security on and it basically dropped off of our NCM. Support has not been able to give us firm answers which makes it a task in itself trying to tell our network guys what SolarWinds uses so that we can configure out hear to be polled and backed up correctly.
And our firewalls have been picky as ever as for example on the ASA side or Cisco firewalls those devices for some reason only allow running config backups on a full admin account and will not allow it with power user or elevated accounts.
It's been a challenge to setup our gear to get fully use out of NCM. Most of this also having to do with government hardening of our gear which makes setting things up even more difficult than just a regular environment.
But if anyone can guide me here to this information it would be great. Thanks!
