Netflow license issue in NAM 2020.2.4

Hi Guys,

I just migrated Solarwinds NAM license 2019.4 HF5 to NAM 2020.2.4 on new hardware. NAM license showing activated. But getting Netflow license in Evaluation events daily.

Anyone faced this challenge?

I have not seen this, What does your license manager page look like?

Hey Tony,

License manager looks fine. As NAM now upgraded to 1 key license so that showing activated.

But Events showing Netflow license in evaluation.

May I ask you to open a support case for this problem and share the details with me? Having discussed this with the team we will need to investigate fully as we have not seen this issue under these circumstances.

Yes i had opened . Case no. #00734907. Hope you can get insight on this.
