so I am trying to upgrade to the HF2 but i can not bring up the Customer Portal...and "My Orion Deployment" page says I am up-to-date. Is the Customer Portal Down or is it just me?
The Customer Portal is up and available. Please let us know if you experience any issues getting in.

Seems intermittent. I tried a few times and was able to get in and download the offline installer. I can imagine it is being hit quite hard right now with everyone getting the HF2.
