SolarWinds Disk Warnings Rule template

I need to get an alert when the Log storage reaches 75% full on SEM 2019.4 appliance. I am looking at the Disk Warning template (under Rules) and trying to figure out the the value *-16Z*. The rule information says it triggers at 90%; what needs to be done to make it trigger at 75%
