Using SolarWinds to monitor Microsoft ISA server

Quick question that I hope someone can answer for me.

What do you need to do to allow Solarwinds APM module to check the windows service health on an ISA server?

I have ICMP, SNMP and RPC open between the polling server and my ISA server and I get this when doing a test to connect to the services.

Testing on node SERVER: failed with 'Undefined' status

Unable to connect to "IP" for WMI access

Any ideas would be welcome!

Is the Windows Management Instrumentation service started on your ISA server? Do you have a firewall enabled on either your SolarWinds server or the ISA server?

No, the Windows "firewall" on the SolarWinds server is not enabled and ISA is a firewall (Microsoft's software firewall solution). I've allowd in SNMP, ICMP and RPC traffic. The WMI service is set to automatic and is started. I'm not showing anything being blocked between the solarwinds and ISA server, it just never allows me to successfully test the service monitors. Is anyone monitoring the service health on an ISA server?
