Vm with bad tools

Hi Everyone,

Solarwinds is reporting we have VM's with bad tools. When we look at the VM within VMware, ESXi reports the tools are running and current. Where is solarwinds getting the information from?

When you go to that node what does it state under Virtual Machine Details?
