FTP Voyager Scheduler Management Console not working

Hello, the Management Console is no longer showing up. I noticed this after I added a Task and didn't assign it a scheduled day/time to run.

Now the icon within the icon trey is flashing red and yellow (figure B below) and says there are no tasks currently scheduled when we actually have a few scheduled.

There aren't any errors indicated within the logs.

Any ideas? Or at least any ideas on how I can add in a scheduled time for the task I had recently added?
