That is correct, looks like that page has been removed, it spoke about a couple of things, let me list down a few (nothing that you cant explore if you use thwack regularly):
1. How do you navigate through the various options available on thwack.
2. Where can you check the product capabilities for each module
3. Content Exchange (download scripts, reports, templates etc)
4. How can you post ideas, or as well apply a kudo if you like ideas posted by others
5. Which product forum do you select while you are troubleshooting an issue.
6. Where can you find the roadmaps
7. How do you make points
8. How do you shop from thwack store
And other things ........which would have helped you in understanding what all is available on thwack portal.

"Between February 5 – 8, 2021, the THWACK community will move to a new platform, called Telligent", I am assuming post which they will update content on New to THWACK page and attach the new link onto the menu bar which you are currently trying to access.
