We have a unique requirement due to certain restrictions + customer not agreeing....
We are monitoring multiple event IDs for Windows servers... now there is one event id 1074 for which customer does not want an alert/ticket notified to them...so we planned to create separate component monitor and also configured a separate alert for it.. but how can we get the alert description on the event page? We cannot use Netperfmon event action since we are using integration to SNOW using pull method and not the connector.... so any other way to fulfil this as we need to provide 30 days report every month....
