Getting Tripplite Battery Age

Question

Hi guys,

I'm new to getting universal device pollers to work in general, and I'm trying to get a poller for the battery age on our Tripplite UPS. We have a mix of SNMPWebCards and WebCardLXs in use, and I've tried using the pollers from grantsewell, but I haven't had luck getting the battery age poller to work. Is there anything I should be doing in order to get the poller to work?

When I enter the OID into the New UnDP box, it says that the OID is invalid. I'm also on the latest version of Solarwinds' MIB database.

Looks like this is the OID for battery age when you apply the OID are you getting an error message?
