How to apply CA certificate in HA running environment?

Question

We want to apply CA certificate to our existing environment.  However we are running HA with VIP configured for main poller and secondary(HA server). Can we simply import and run the configuration wizard on main polling server? or do we have to run the configuration wizard for HA server as well?

We have 8 additional poller as well with HA configured for each. In such scenario how to apply CA certificate?

Note: We ran through this requirement as service now team would not be able to consume our OOB api for unmanaging the device. we troubleshoot with security team and they are getting hit from service now IP towards our url. But SNOW team getting timeout error mentioning some certificate issuer problem. So we are assuming that this might be the issue of SSL certificate. And that's the reason we are now applying CA certificate which of course we need to apply later on

You just need to make sure that the certificate is applied to each web server and to the load balancer as well.

We are running a similar setup without any issue: HA, 1 AWS, a VIP that contains the two main polling engine and the AWS that uses port 17777 to determine which server is currently active and the certificate is also added to the F5 load balancer.
