Add Discovery Profile creation and deletion events to the audit log.

Related to Solarwinds support case 00644460

In order to track what happened to Network Discovery Jobs when they are created or deleted an entry should be added in the audit log that records which user performed the action.

This is a great idea and would benefit multi-admin environments. I'd like to see audit events created for many aspects of the discovery engine, similar to how the alerting engine and node properties are.

My thinking goes... each of the events below would trigger an audit message, tagged with username, timestamp, other details as appropriate etc. (_system should refer to a user initiating and/or creator of profile)

Creates / Updates / Removals of Discovery Profiles - containing parameters changed as necessary
Create Node - both by manual initiation and recurring job referring to owner or last edited by
Creates / Updates / Removals to Discovery Ignore list
Any more?

Great idea. We had some discoveries that were changed.
I didn't know the entries were changed till it was brought up to me.
This would be very helpful.
Also, it would help if we can export/archive them for history.
