High drop alerts- for UPSes, we don't want this

We are monitoring our UPS, and we are getting high drop alerts- we want to take UPS out of alerting.

We see the message, "This is an out-of-the-box alert. You can only Trigger/Reset actions or Time of Day settings for this alert. Conditions can't be changed."

Is there a way to enable conditions so we can drop UPSes and clean up our SW install?
--Other than use account limitations to drop our, "Group or Groups" or UPSes?

@jamieinbox select the alert in question and then select duplicate and edit. This will create a duplicate of the alert prepending the name with "Copy of...." now you have an exact replica of the alert in which you can modify the conditions. make the desired modifications and disable the OOB alert to reduce duplicate alerting.

@jamieinbox if you duplicate and edit the alert in question it will retain the original logic and actions while allowing you to modify the conditions. I would duplicate and edit the existing alert, modify the condition to what you would like and disable the out of the box alert.

It won't work with this alert, you don't have the option to change conditions.

Under "ALERT MANAGER" -->
"High Packet Loss"
There is a banner that states:
"This is an out-of-box alert. You can only add Trigger/Reset actions or Time of Day settings for this alert. Conditions can't be changed."

Totally a bummer. We just don't need this data on UPses, and it would clean up our alerting to dump this info. Thanks for the note. If you are able to find a way around this, it would be great.

If you select the alert and then click on DUPLICATE & EDIT then you may edit trigger conditions and assigned actions:

If youu cannot do this it means you use the account without relevant privileges.
