Failed to excute HTTP request (trigger alert via Telegram)

Hi there, I have problem when simulating a trigger alert on Solarwinds NPM, like the image below. Is there a solution, at the beginning I think it may be version's problem but afterall it's still fail when I try a old version. Please help me, bro Thanks
