I recently upgraded solarwinds environment to 2019.4 version. The installation process on main application server took 30 minutes which what I expected. However, installation on Additional poller servers took over 3.5 hours. The slow process ( almost 3 hours) took to transfer files to additional poller server. I am not sure why it took so long. After installation was completed, I tested data transfer rate between main application servers ( running window os) and linux server running on the same segment as additional poller. ( I use scp package to do the transfer)The average transfer rate was 11 mb/sec. Even with this rate I believe it should not take almost 3 hours to complete file transfer. I would like to know if some one has experience such slow response and how was it address? ( I did checked with our networking team and was told that our pipe between these segments is 10 GB and usage only 20%)
