Memory buffers is not showing correct data

Hi Folks,

I made a research and found out that Solarwinds is not capable to monitor only buffer/cache memory, but I wonder what Memory Buffer refers to? I thought it was buffer/cache memory but compare to actual data it doesn't show correct information.

Any thoughts?
