How can I tell what all is being monitored by my additional polling engine?
I see in licensing details it is currently hardly used.
I created a custom report selecting the Node (Caption), IP and the polling engine from the "Polling Engine" database column. (screenshot)
At a high level of how hard the poller is working, you can check Settings - My Orion Deployment.
From there, click on your polling engine and the polling capacity stats will pop out on the right.
