CISCO SNMP cannot get a row value

Hi all,

We are monitoring the Cisco Switch 9200 power supply. The hardware health view only shows 1 power supply value, but we have plugged in two power input. We created custom poller OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3 which returned a table with two rows (1013 and 1014). However I cannot get value of each row using 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.1013/1014 or 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.0/1/2. The error is "The selected OID is not supported. Browse the available OIDs or manually add one and poll its value from the current node."

I tried to do in Orion Universal Device Poller and Web Console, but both cannot give me the expected result.

Can anyone suggest a solution to monitor Redundant Power Supply for switches?

I'm trying to do this same thing. I was able to get the first row from the table. However I can't get any of other rows.

The row IDs for my table are 1.1, 1.2,.1.3, 1.4....

I'm still trying to get it to work.

Hi there,

This sounds really strange but what happens if you add another .1 at the end of each of these.

I've seen issues before where you have, for example ....1.1.1 - the first digit being the table, the second being the row, and the final one being the actual value.

The next row would then be ....1.2.1, and ....1.3.1 etc.
