Your sales representative will be able to request a temp key and could also engage our Sales Engineering team to troubleshoot the issue, however, you are correct, it should be in eval for 30 days and should not be showing as down.
What version of Orion are you running? Are the required ports open from the poller to the primary Orion server and database?
